The Honolulu Intertribal Powwow features Native American dancing, drumming, & singing from local residents, visitors & guests from the neighboring islands, relatives from Turtle Island, Canada and many other countries.
We enjoy serving up Native Fry Bread with honey & powdered sugar and Native Indian tacos. We also welcome the Kona Shave Ice truck who sells many popular flavors for all the youngsters & many elders as well!
We invite local and mainland Native American arts & craft vendors who sell hand-crafted jewelry, dreamcatchers, Native-inspired blankets, handbags, dolls, clothing and many other Native-made products.
In addition, our volunteers help out in the popular Children's Arts & Craft booth where kids are taught to make a variety of fun Native-themed dreamcatchers, bracelets, necklaces and other colorful crafts.
Our Education booth is another popular and exciting booth to learn about  different tribes, view Native artifacts, talk story with some of our elders and maybe see a buffalo hide!
We also invite many different educational and nonprofit organizations to participate and to share their contributions and knowledge with the powwow community. We welcome the Veterans Center, Alu Like, Ke Ola Mamo, Ho'ola Na Pua, Aloha 'Aina, Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls Scouts and Boy Scout troops, to name a few.

THIS IS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE EVENT, SECURITY WILL BE PRESENT.
THE OAHU INTERTRIBAL COUNCIL AND THE  HONOLULU INTERTRIBAL POWWOW COMMITTEE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, THEFT/OR INJURY.
